How I work

My work starts with the people making decisions and the constraints around them. I map the journey, test the difficult states, prototype alternatives, and partner with product and engineering through launch and refinement.

At Pearson VUE, I helped shape remote proctoring from its original check-in experience through years of growth, and designed evidence-first review and candidate guidance for AI-assisted operations.
